TAP CURRENTLY SERVES CLOSE TO 30,000 JOB SEEKERS WITH DISABILITIES AND THOUSANDS OF NEW EMPLOYERS USING THE PORTAL. THIS ONLINE PORTAL OFFERS VIRTUAL HIRING EVENTS, JOB LISTINGS, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO EMPLOYERS TO CONNECT WITH DISABILITIES TO RECEIVE GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. * VIRTUAL HIRING EVENTS - THESE EVENTS CONSISTED OF RESOURCES TOWARD TRAINING JOB SEEKERS, AND RECRUITERS FROM THE COMPANY PARTICIPATING. WE ALSO DID ONLINE MARKETING FOR THE EVENT AND FOLLOW UP AFTER THE EVENT TO ENSURE THAT INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS WERE ABLE TO PROPERLY FOLLOW UP AND CONNECT. THIS YEAR, WE CONDUCTED A FEW VIRTUAL EVENTS WITH APPROXIMATELY 150 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING. WE ARE PLANNING ON ROLLING OUT MORE VIRTUAL EVENTS THIS UPCOMING YEAR WITH THE INFLUX OF NEW EMPLOYERS PARTICIPATING IN THE TAP PORTAL. * MICROSOFT IMAGINE ACADEMY - IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DISABLEDPERSON, INC., THE TALENT ACQUISITION NETWORK (TAN) IS ABLE TO OFFER FREE COURSES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AROUND MICROSOFT OFFICE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND OTHER SOFTWARE RELATED COURSES. WE SIGNED UP CLOSE TO 80 INDIVIDUALS THIS YEAR. WITH THE POTENTIAL EXPANSION OF THIS PROGRAM, WE BELIEVE WE CAN BENEFIT MORE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THIS UPCOMING YEAR.
