SE WORKS' MISSION IS TO STRENGTHEN THE ECONOMIC HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITY BY FACILITATING SUCCESSFUL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN JOB SEEKERS AND EMPLOYERS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ADULT SERVICES - A DROP-IN EMPLOYMENT RESOURCE CENTER FOR RESUME DEVELOPMENT, JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE, SOCIAL SERVICES REFERRALS AND BASIC SKILLS ENHANCEMENT. THE CENTER ALSO OFFERS SUPPORT SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYMENT RELATED TRAINING. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FREQUENTLY APPLY FOR SPECIFIC PROGRAMS.


YOUTH SERVICES - COMPREHENSIVE YOUTH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH AGES 16-24. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE CAREER PLANNING, OCCUPATINAL SKILLS TRAINING, COLLEGE PREPARATION, AND JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. ELIGIBILITY IS ESTABLISHED AND DOCUMENTED PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT.


RE-ENTRY SERVICES - AN EMPLOYMENT-FOCUSED CENTER FOR ASSISTING THOSE RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY FROM INCARCERATION AND JUSTICE-INVOLVED YOUTH TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR TRANSITION TO THEIR NEW LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, GROUP COUNSELING, JOB DEVELOPMENT AND JOB PLACEMENT, AS WELL AS SUPPORT SERVICES AND SOCIAL SERVICES REFERRALS. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS APPLY FOR SPECIFIC PROGRAMS.
