LAST FY, SJW ASSISTED 6,216 CLIENTS GAIN QUALITY EMPLOYMENT THEY CAN TAKE DIGNITY IN. THESE CLIENTS EARNED ON AVERAGE $17.02/HOUR AND 80% WERE OFFERED BENEFITS WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYERS. SJW IS PROVIDING A PATHWAY TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY WITH EMPLOYMENT AT THE CORE. BY CARVING OUT THIS PATHWAY, WE ARE ENSURING THAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE THE INCOME NEEDED TO LEAD A SUSTAINABLE LIFE.
