RESILIENT COMMUNITIES RESILIENT FUTURES PROMOTES TRAUMA-INFORMED COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE DELIVERY OF THE TRAUMA INFORMED FUTURES PROGRAM, A CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE, EQUITY-FOCUSED TRAUMA INFORMED APPROACH THAT ADDRESSES THE WHOLE CHILD IN THE AREAS OF ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. RCRF PROVIDES CONSULTATION, TRAINING AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.

RESILIENT COMMUNITIES RESILIENT FUTURES OFFERED EXTENSIVE SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITIES WE SUPPORT IN 2023. AMONGST OUR MANY SERVICES, WE CONDUCTED 185 TRAININGS ON TRAUMA INFORMED EQUITY CENTERED PRACTICES TO 3072 EDUCATORS (INCLUDING EARLY CHILDHOOD, ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATORS). IN ADDITION TO THESE TRAININGS, WE PROVIDED 32 HOURS OF INTENSIVE TRAINING TO 65 PARAPROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS. FURTHER, WE PROVIDED 81 HOURS OF COMMUNITY TRAININGS TO 566 PARTICIPANTS. ADDITIONALLY, WE FACILITATED 334 INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION SESSIONS FOR EDUCATORS AND SCHOOL LEADERS. IN OUR RACIAL HEALING AND WHITE ALLYSHIP SPACES, WE FACILITATED 79 SESSIONS FOR 802 PARTICIPANTS. IN OUR PARENT AND CAREGIVER PROGRAMS, WE FACILITATED 85 CAREGIVER GROUPS SERVING 146 PARTICIPANTS. IN 2023, RESILIENT COMMUNITIES RESILIENT FUTURES PROVIDED ALMOST 2000 HOURS OF DIRECT SERVICES TO OVER 6000 PARTICIPANTS, SUPPORTING OUR EFFORTS TO CREATE AND GUIDE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAUMA-INFORMED, EQUITY-CENTERED PROGRAMMING WITH HEALING AT THE FOREFRONT.
