FOLLOWING MANY MONTHS OF DILIGENT WORK AND PLANNING, THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED AS EMPOWERED IN MARCH 2021. THE STAFF UNDERWENT INTERNAL TRAINING TO BUILD CONFIDENCE AND KNOWLEDGE AROUND THE NEW BRANDING AND CONNECTING IT TO OUR HISTORY AS YOUTH ENTREPRENEURS. THE VISION OF EMPOWERED IS TO BUILD A COMMUNITY OF TEACHERS RALLIED AROUND A GROWTH MINDSET WHO DEDICATE THEIR CAREERS TO MODELING THAT MINDSET AND BUILDING THEIR CLASSROOMS TO ENSURE STUDENTS CAN DISCOVER, DEVELOP, AND APPLY THEIR INNATE ABILITIES, FOSTERING SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALIZED APPROACHES TO EDUCATION.
