IN THE MODERN, SHIFTING WORKPLACE, STUDENTS NEED TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS THAT EMPOWER THEM TO FORGE CAREERS. WE BRING SCHOOLS AND BUSINESSES TOGETHER TO SUPPORT STUDENTS IN BECOMING SANTA CRUZ COUNTYS NEXT GENERATION OF WORKERS. ITS ALL ABOUT PROVIDING YOUNG PEOPLE CLEAR DIRECTION IN THEIR LIVES.

OVER THE PAST FIVE YEARS YFIOB HAS CONNECTED OVER 5,000 HIGH SCHOOL AND REPRESENTATIVES THROUGH CAREER PANELS, JOB SHADOWING, SITE VISITS, AND CAREER MENTORS. ADDITIONALLY, YFIOB HAS COORDINATED EDUCATOR IN INDUSTRY SITE VISITS OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS, WITH MORE THAN 300 HIGH SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE INSTRUCTORS PARTICIPATING.
