TO EMPOWER NEIGHBORHOODS AND PROGRESSIVE COMMUNITIES IN SACRAMENTO TO FIND THEIR VOICE AND DEVELOP INTO FULL FLEDGED ORGANIZATIONS BY PROVIDING TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, AND SUPPLY SUPPORT; PROVIDE SOCIAL PROGRAMS FOR ELDERLY PROGRESSIVE COMMUNITY MEMBERS REVOLVING AROUND BINGO MEETINGS, PLANNING, STRUCTURED MEETINGS, PROGRAMS, AND SOCIAL EVENTS; TO SUPPORT OTHER PROGRESSIVE 501(C)(3) CORPORATIONS AS APPROPRIATE IN FURTHERING THEIR PROGRESSIVE AGENDA; PROVIDE GRANTS TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO COMPLETE SPECIFIC TASKS FOR THE COMMUNITY; PROMOTE COMMUNITY CHANGE/ACTIVISM WITH REGARDS TO LOCAL LEGISLATION PERTAINING TO PROGRESSIVE ISSUES.
