(ZNE) IS A DESIGNATION APPLIED TO BUILDING OR COMMUNICATE WHEN ANNUAL ENERGY USE IS ROUGHTLY EQUAL TO THE RENEWABLE ENERGY USED AT THAT LOCATION).
