ORGANIZATIONAL EMPLOYMENT - INCLUDES TRAINING FOR INDEPENDENCE AND SELF HELP. PREPARING INDIVIDUALS FOR WORK OPPORTUNITIES, VOLUNTEER, AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION.
COMMUNITY PROGRAM AND JOB COACHING - COMMUNITY PROGRAM INCLUDES YOUTH BASED LEARNING AND JOB SUPPORT PROGRAMS SUCH AS SCHOOL TO WORK TRANSITION AND PRE EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES WHERE THERE IS A JOB READINESS AND ON THE JOB TRAINING CORRELATION OF THE INDIVIDUALS SERVED. ADDITIONALLY, WE OFFER CUSTOMIZED JOB EXPLORATION TO MATCH THE SKILL AND READINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL SERVED. WE ASSISTED 133 INDIVIDUALS WITH OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT WITH AVERAGE WAGES OF $13.12.
