PITTSBURGH CARES PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO CREATE THE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AND RECRUITS VOLUNTEERS TO FILL THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS.
