NYRWA WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING TO OPERATORS OF SMALL RURAL WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS IN NEW YORK STATE. NYRWA PROVIDES A HOME STUDY COURSE WHICH, WHEN COMPLETED IN AN ACCEPTABLE MANNER, WOULD LEAD TO THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY FOR A SERIES OF VARIOUS CERTIFICATIONS SANCTIONED BY THE NEW YORK STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
