PROGRAMS INLUDED FUNDING TEACHING ARTISTS, SUBSIDIZING THE COST OF PERFORMANCE AND ART EXHIBITIONS, TRANSPORTATION FOR FIELD TRIP TO MUSEUMS, GALLERIES, FILM PRODUCTION FACILITIES, FILM STUDIOS AND PERFORMED BY ARTISTS.
