RIVER CHARTER SCHOOLS WILL PROVIDE A FAMILY ORIENTED, COMMUNITY-BASED INTIMATE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT IS DEVOTED TO THE ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, LINGUISTIC, AND PERSONAL SUCCESS OF EACH CHILD.
