CONGREGATE MEALS, HOME DELIVERED MEALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, ALZHEIMER'S DAY CARE RESOURCE CENTER, MEAL SUBSIDY AND COMMUNITY BASED ADULT SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 8,000 PEOPLE HELPED.


EARLY EDUCATION SERVICES: PROVIDE EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING, PRESCHOOL EDUCATION, STATE PRESCHOOL, EARLY HEAD START AND HEAD START SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 1,000 PEOPLE HELPED.


FAMILY SERVICES: PROVIDE ADVOCACY, COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, CHILDREN'S HEALTH OUTREACH, ENROLLMENT, UTILIZATION AND RETENTION SERVICES, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, VICTIMS OF CRIME, CHILD ABUSE, PARENTS AS TEACHERS HOME VISITATION PROGRAM SERVICES, AND FAMILY PRESERVATION SERVICES.
