ANNUAL CONFERENCE: 95% OF THE PROGRAM'S ALMOST 4,000 ATTENDEES LOGGED OFF OF PBWC'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE WITH MORE KNOWLEDGE, TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO NAVIGATE THE WORKPLACE THAN BEFORE ATTENDING. ATTENDEES GAINED MORE CONFIDENCE IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN PBWC'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
PBWC AWARDED SEVERAL ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS OF VARYING AMOUNTS TO HIGH-ACHIEVING CALIFORNIA HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FOR UNDERGRADUATE USE. SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS WERE FEATURED PROMINENTLY AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND ACROSS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
PBWC'S YOUNG WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL SUMMIT PROVIDED SKILL DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING AND INSPIRATION TO EARLY CAREER WOMEN AND MENTORS, THROUGH PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF WOMEN STARTING THEIR CAREER JOURNEYS.
