MONITOR STREAM RESTORATION PROJECTS, CONSERVATION EASEMENT MONITORING AND LEGAL DEFENSE, PROMOTE WATER CONSERVATION AND DEVELOP DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS. INSTALL WATER STORAGE SYSTEMS WITH FORBEARANCE AGREEMENTS.
