RESTORE OLDER AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR FLYING AND INTERPRETIVE DISPLAY AT MUSEUM PREMISES. OPERATE MUSEUM WITH OLDER AIRCRAFT PHOTOGRAPHS, HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS AND MEMORABILIA RELATED TO 1920-1945. VISITOR BASE INCLUDES TOURISTS, STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
