1) COORDINATED AND PROVIDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SUPERVISORY ASSISTANCE TO SAN JUAN COUNTY FAMILIES DURING THE CONSTRUCTIONS OF THEIR OWN HOMES, AND 2) ADMINISTERED THE LOANS RECEIVED BY THE INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA) TO ACQUIRE LAND AND CONSTRUCT THEIR OWN HOMES.
