WE PARTNER WITH FAMILIES TO PROVIDE A LOVING, SUPPORTIVE ADULT CARE HOME FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. OUR UNIQUE APPROACH IS TO CREATE A SAFE, ACTIVE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT THAT IS RICH IN COMMUNITY INTERACTION AND FAMILY INVOLVEMENT. RESIDENTS ARE GIVEN ONGOING TRAINING TO PREPARE FOR GREATER LEVELS OF INDEPENDENCE INCLUDING EXTENSIVE PROGRAMMING, JOB COACHING, POSITIVE SOCIAL INTERACTION, FITNESS, NUTRITION, AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.
