TO ENCOURAGE BROAD COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION TO DEVELOP, ADMINISTER, AND OVERSEE LOCAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAMS.

INTERCHANGE PROGRAM - PROVIDES A NEUTRAL LOCATION FOR DIVORCED AND SEPARATED PARENTS AND FAMILIES TO EXCHANGE CHILDREN WHEN NO CONTACT ORDER IS IN EFFECT. AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE NEUTRAL ENVIRONMENT FOR SUPERVISED VISITATIONS FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN WHEN ORDERED BY THE COURTS.


USDA MEDIATION - MEDIATION SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH FARMERS AND GROWERS IN THE STATES OF WASHINGTON AND IDAHO.
