MANAGED THE INTAKE, CONCILIATION AND MEDIATION OF A HUGE VOLUME OF CASES THROUGH THE EVICTION RESOLUTION PILOT PROGRAM. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ERPP IS TO BRING ALL PARTIES TO THE TABLE WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF QUALIFIED AND TRAINED EVICTION RESOLUTION SPECIALISTS, EXPLORE THE AMOUNT OF RENT ARREARS, THE CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE TENANT, THE AVAILABILITY OF RENT AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO CURE OR PARTIALLY CURE THE ARREARAGE, AND TO DISCOVER A RANGE OF OTHER TERMS THAT MIGHT RESOLVE THE MATTER IN A WAY THAT ALLOWS THE TENANT TO RETAIN HOUSING (AND AVOID THE NEED FOR FILING AN UNLAWFUL DETAINER ACTION.)

SUPPORTED OUR WORK WITH YOUTH BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON TEACHING PEER MEDIATION - WE PARTNERED WITH BEST STARTS FOR KIDS & SHOWALTER MIDDLE SCHOOL, BRIDGING CULTURAL GAPS, AND A HIGH SCHOOL RESTORATIVE MEDIATION CADRE TO EXPAND TRAUMA-INFORMED AND RESTORATIVE PRACTICES AROUND CONFLICT RESOLUTION AT SHOWALTER.
