AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR THE CREATION AND/OR REHABILITATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING SERVING LOW-INCOME RURAL AND/OR FARMWORKER HOUSEHOLDS. SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITIES: BURLINGTON, CHELAN, ENTIAT, LEAVENWORTH, MABTON, MATTAWA, OMAK, OROVILLE, OTHELLO, PORT TOWNSEND, ROYAL CITY, SKAGIT COUNTY, SUNNYSIDE, TIETON, WENATCHEE, WINTHROP, YAKIMA, AND YAKIMA COUNTY, TOTALING 980 UNITS, AND 220 BEDS IN DEVELOPMENT.
NETWORKING/POLICY/INFORMATION ASSISTANCE - RESEARCH AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO INTERESTED PARTIES ON RURAL/FARMWORKER HOUSING NEEDS AND PROGRAMS/RESOURCES AVAILABLE AT THE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS. SUPPORT POLICY EFFORTS TO IMPROVE DELIVERY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAMS.

SERVICE PROVIDED IN BREWSTER, CHELAN, COULEE CITY, FRIDAY HARBOR, LEAVENWORTH, MANSON, OKANOGAN, OMAK, OTHELLO, PATEROS, ROYAL BLUFF, SUNNYSIDE, AND WENATCHEE TOTALING 364 UNITS.
PART III 4(D)FINANCING FOR HOUSING THE ORGANIZATION PERIODICALLY PROVIDES FINANCING TO THEIR HOUSING SPONSORS.
