NURSING PRACTICE AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS INTERPRET, PROMOTE, EVALUATE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, EDUCATION, AND RESEARCH. REVIEW COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS OF NURSING PRACTICE. PROMOTE CLINICAL SESSIONS AND CONFERENCES.
