THE LOCAL UNION'S MISSION IS TO ORGANIZE AND EDUCATE WORKERS SO THAT THEY HAVE A VOICE IN THE WORKPLACE AND KNOW THEIR WORKPLACE RIGHTS; INVOLVE WORKERS IN THE POLITICAL PROCESS AND TO NEGOTIATE WITH EMPLOYERS SO THAT EACH WORKER IS TREATED WITH DIGNITY, JUSTICE, AND RESPECT.
