PROVIDED CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS TO THE PRACTICING CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS. SEMINARS INCLUDED ANNUAL SEMINARS, CAPITAL SEMINAR, DUI SEMINAR, ETHICS SEMINAR. A PORTION OF THE PAYROLL EXPENSE HAS BEEN ALLOCATED TO THIS LINE SINCE ALL SEMINARS ARE ARRANGED AND HANDLED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
PROFESSIONAL ADVOCACY: COMMITTEES ESTABLISHED BY MEMBERS OF UACDL TO TRAIN & LOBBY FOR PROTECTING CRIMINAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
