PRESERVE, PROTECT, AND PROMOTE A FAIR AND EFFECTIVE JUSTICE SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY. PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ARIZONA FAMILIES. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT CONSUMER AND CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES. SUPPORT THE ETHICAL EFFORTS OF LAWYERS TO HELP ANY PERSON WHO IS INJURED BY THE MISCONDUCT OR NEGLIGENCE OF OTHERS TO OBTAIN JUSTICE IN THE COURTS OF ARIZONA. UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OF ARIZONA.

THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS SEMINAR AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS FOR INSTRUCTION IN SECTIONS OF THE LAW DEALING WITH PERSONAL INJURY COURT CASES AND LEGISLATION. THESE SEMINARS QUALIFY FOR CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS.


STATE LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS ARE MONITORED AND MEMBERS ARE ADVISED OF PENDING AND ENACTED LEGISLATION AFFECTING THE PERSONAL INJURY LEGAL PROCESS.


NEWSLETTERS AND PAMPHLETS PUBLISHED BY THE ASSOCIATION ADVISE MEMBERS OF COURT CASES AND LEGISLATION PERTINENT TO THE PRACTICE OF SPECIALIZED AREAS IN THE LAW.
