IDENTIFIED RESIDENT LEADERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS AND YOUTH/YOUNG ADULT LEADERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMUNITY HEALTH EQUITY TRAINING AS EQUITY LEADERS.
