THE MISSION OF ONE AMERICA MOVEMENT IS TO BUILD A MORE UNITED AMERICAN SOCIETY BY ELIMINATING TOXIC POLARIZATION. WE DO THIS BY BUILDING GRASSROOTS MULTI-FAITH GROUPS THAT WORK TOGETHER ACROSS DIVIDES TO TACKLE THEIR COMMUNITY'S BIGGEST CHALLENGES AND BY BUILDING NETWORKS OF FAITH LEADERS TO SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER AS THEY ADDRESS THE DANGERS OF DIVISION WITHIN THEIR CONGREGATIONS.

ONE AMERICA MOVEMENT WORKS WITH FAITH COMMUNITIES AND FAITH LEADERS TO HELP THEM REDUCE POLARIZATION BOTH LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY. THAT INCLUDES BRINGING AMERICANS TOGETHER FOR SHARED ACTIVITIES WHO MIGHT HOLD OPPOSING VIEWS OR HAVE DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS, AND SUPPORTING LEADERS WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DIVISIONS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY WITH RESOURCES, TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO FIND WAYS TO REDUCE THOSE DIVISIONS. ONE AMERICA MOVEMENT HOLDS EVENTS ONLINE AND IN PERSON TO ADVANCE THESE GOALS; STUDIES AND WRITES ABOUT THE RESEARCH BEHIND WHY SOCIETIES BECOME POLARIZED, AND SPEAKS IN A WIDE RANGE OF PUBLIC FORUMS ON THE CAUSES, IMPACT AND SOLUTIONS TO SOCIETAL POLARIZATION.
