FOSTER NATIONAL AMATEUR VOLLEYBALL COMPETITION BY ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES: TO DEVELOP AND SUPPORT MALE AND FEMALE AMATEUR ATHLETES; TO REDUCE BARRIERS TO THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT; TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP COACHES; AND TO PROMOTE AMATEUR TOURNAMENTS.

KAIZEN SPONSORS BETWEEN 14 2021-22 SEASON AND 17 2022-23 SEASON VOLLEYBALL TEAMS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 10 TO 18 THAT TRAIN FOR AND COMPETE IN TOURNAMENTS IN AT LEAST 8 STATES INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT HOSTED BY KAIZEN.
KAIZEN STRIVES TO KEEP THE COSTS OF PARTICIPATION AS LOW AS POSSIBLE AND CHARGES MEMBERSHIP DUES IN SOME CASES THAT ARE UP TO 1 3 LOWER THAN COMPETING CLUBS.
KAIZEN PROVIDES FINANCIAL AID AWARDED IN THE FORM OF REDUCED MEMBERSHIP DUES. BETWEEN 8% 2021-22 SEASON AND 14% 2022-23 SEASON OF OUR ATHLETES RECEIVE SOME SORT OF FINANCIAL AID.
