THE AUDIO INFORMATION NETWORK OF COLORADO'S (AINC) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE NEWS AND INFORMATION IN AUDIO FORMAT FOR THE BLIND, LOW-VISION, AND PRINT- DISABLED COMMUNITY OF COLORADO.

AINC EXISTS TO PROVIDE AUDIO ACCESS TO INK PRINT MATERIALS COMMONLY AVAILABLE TO SIGHTED PEOPLE, BUT UNAVAILABLE TO AINC LISTENERS. AINC BROADCASTS INCLUDE: REGIONAL AND LOCAL NEWSPAPERS; COMMUNITY CALENDARS; GROCERY AND DEPARTMENT STORE ADS; EMPLOYMENT AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT INFORMATION; SPORTS; DISABILITY NEWS; SENIOR INFORMATION; CULTURAL PROGRAMMING; CHILDRENS' HOUR; AND VARIOUS PERIODICALS. "ACCESS TO INK PRINT" GIVES AINC LISTENERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE MORE ACTIVELY AND FULLY IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. PROGRAMS ARE BROADCAST 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK THROUGHOUT COLORADO VIA VARIOUS RADIO STATIONS.
