TO RECEIVE, MANAGE AND ADMINISTER GRANT AND DONATION MONIES TO THE BENEFIT OF THE SENIOR CITIZENS IN PARK COUNTY FOR TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL AND OTHER SERVICES, SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION, AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER SERVICE AGENCIES.

RURAL AREA MEALS PROGRAM (RAMP) PROVIDES SENIORS LIVING IN THEIR OWN HOMES WITH VARIED AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS.


TRANSPORTATION: PRIVATE MEDICAL TRIPS AND SCHEDULED GROUP TRIPS TO SHOPPING, MEALS, OR RECREATION FOR REGISTERED SENIORS.


CHORES: QUALIFYING SENIORS RECEIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH SEASONAL CHORES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR HOME. CHORES CAN RANGE FROM CHIMNEY SWEEPING, SNOW REMOVAL, FIREWOOD DELIVERY & STACKING, HAND-RAIL OR RAMP INSTALLATION, WILDFIRE MITIGATION, AND MORE CLIENTS MAY USE RECOMMENDED CONTRACTORS OR CHOOSE THEIR OWN.


ALL OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO SENIORS IN PARK COUNTY.
