THE FARMERS MARKET, TASTE OF HIGHLANDS, HARVEST FESTIVAL, AND STREET FAIR ARE COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT PROMOTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN AREA BUSINESSES AND THE SURROUNDING COMMNUNITY.
