THE SUMMIT CHOICE HEALTHCARE PROGRAM HELPS BUSINESSES PROVIDE FOR THE MEDICAL EXPENSES OF THEIR EMPLOYEES THROUGH A COMMUNITY-CENTERED APPROACH AND GIVES INDIVIDUALS ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT INSURANCE.
