ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023: - PLANNED AND EXECUTED THE 2023 FESTIVAL, WHICH INCLUDED AN UNPRECEDENTED THREE SOLD-OUT READINGS. - FEATURED CURRENT, THOUGHT-PROVOKING TOPICS SUCH AS MENTAL HEALTH/SUICIDE, ABORTION RIGHTS, AND DEMENTIA, WHICH SPARKED INCREASED AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION IN THE POST-PERFORMANCE Q&AS. - HIRED THREE STUDENT INTERNS TO ENCOURAGE CAREERS IN THE ARTS. - HIRED FLC STUDENTS AND ALUMNI FOR STAGE MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS. - IN APRIL 2023, STARTED A SPEAKER SERIES FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS WHERE YOUNG PROFESSIONAL ACTORS AND PLAYWRIGHTS TALK ABOUT OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES.
