YOUTH LEADERSHIP, CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND SKILLED WORKFORCE TRAINING PROGRAMS HAVE REACHED OVER 200 YOUTH THROUGHOUT DETROIT THROUGH ITS TRAINING, PEER-TO-PEER WORKSHOPS, AND INAUGURAL YOUTH SUMMIT CONFERENCE. LFE HAS PARTNERED UAW-FORD, STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS, GROW DETROIT'S YOUNG TALENT, MIKE ILITCH SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, CASS TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL, TINDAL ACTIVITY CENTER, SAY DETROIT PLAY CENTER, UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN'S DOCTORS OF TOMORROW PROGRAM AT CASS TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL, THE CITY OF DETROIT, DELOITTE, DONER, AND MANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND COMPANIES THROUGHOUT DETROIT.
