DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO A BROAD-BASED POPULATION IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE AREAS. THE MISSION IS TO REDUCE AND/OR MODIFY DYSFUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOR AND TO FACILITATE SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT AND PERSONAL GROWTH OF THE RECIPIENTS OF ITS PROGRAMS' SERVICES.

PROVIDE COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS, INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL AND RELATED PROGRAMS FOR OFFENDERS, SERVICES FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND OTHERS.
