ELDER SERVICES: PROVIDES DIRECT SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, YARD WORK, HANDY HELP, HOME CHORES, CHECK IN CALLS AND FRIENDLY VISITS, CAREGIVER RESPITE, SNOW SHOVELING, AND OTHER TASKS THAT HELP OLDER ADULTS AGE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES.
