IN PARTICULAR THE CORPORATION SHALL ORGANIZE, CONDUCT, OPERATE, MANAGE, OVERSEE, AND/OR PROMOTE CHARITABLE ACTS INVOLVING, RELATED TO, SUPPORTING, OR CONCERNING COLLEGIATE LACROSSE AND OTHER SUCH ACTIVITIES FOR THE PROMOTION, SPONSORSHIP, AND ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR AND RECREATIONAL SPORTS WITH A SUBSTANTIAL PURPOSE OF FOSTERING OF SERIOUS SPORTS COMPETITION.
