DURING 2021 OPEN SOURCE WELLNESS CONTINUED OUR PROGRAMMING IN CLINICAL, COMMUNITY, AND HOUSING SETTINGS. WE PROVIDED OUR INTENSIVE COMMUNITY AS MEDICINE PROGRAMMING TO APPROXIMATELY 280 PEOPLE, SERVING AS THE MAIN SOURCE OF CONNECTION FOR MANY OF THEM DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. IN THAT TIME WE EXPANDED TO TWO NEW CLINICAL SETTINGS, AND PARTNERED WITH UCSF AND STANFORD UNIVERSITY TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR PROGRAMMING. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT TO BRING THIS PROGRAM TO THEIR FACULTY AND STAFF, AND WON THE COLORADO PRIME HEALTH INNOVATION AWARD, WHICH WILL BRING OUR WORK TO SEVERAL CLINICS IN COLORADO IN 2022. WE CONTINUED TO SEE STRONG PROGRAM OUTCOMES, WITH PARTICIPANTS INCREASING THEIR DAILY INTAKE OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES BY 1.2 SERVINGS PER DAY AND THEIR WEEKLY EXERCISE BY 38 MINUTES. PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION DECREASED THEIR BLOOD PRESSURE BY 19 POINTS, AND PATIENTS WITH DEPRESSION DECREASED THEIR DEPRESSION BY 43%.
