IEA COUNCILS PROVIDES STRUCTURED, EVIDENCE-BASED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING AIMED AT EASING STUDENTS ACCESS TO COMPETITIVE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES TARGETED ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS IN THE CORE AREAS OF: CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND LIFE SKILLS.
