THE EPICPROMISE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS VAIL RESORTS EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN TIMES OF NEED THROUGH EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATIONAL GRANTS.

EMERGENCY RELIEF GRANTS ARE AWARDED TO ASSIST WITH UNPREDICTABLE LIFE SETBACKS SUCH AS AN UNPLANNED MEDICAL ISSUE, HOME DISASTER OR OTHER LIFE EVENT.


EDUCATIONAL GRANTS ARE AWARDED TO ASSIST VAIL RESORTS EMPLOYEES WITH TUITION FOR ANY COURSE LEADING TO A DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE FOR EMPLOYEES AND/OR THEIR CHILDREN. THE EPICPROMISE FOUNDATION OFFERS TWO TYPES OF GRANTS EDUCATIONAL ASCENT GRANTS (AVAILABLE TO EMPLOYEES) AND EPICPROMISE SCHOLARS (AVAILABLE TO THE CHILDREN OF EMPLOYEES).


THE FOUNDATION PARTNERED WITH LOCAL FOOD BANKS AND GROCERY CHAINS TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL GROCERIES FOR EMPLOYEES FACING FINANCIAL CHALLENGES DUE TO BOTH COVID-19 AND ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN THE EARLY SEASON. GIVEN THE CONSTRAINTS IN THE CHARITABLE FOOD SPACE, THESE PARTNERSHIPS ALLOWED FOR DIGNIFIED AND EASY FOOD ACCESS ON A NEED-BASIS.


COVID EMERGENCY RELIEF GRANTS WERE AWARDED TO ASSIST WITH UNPREDICTABLE AND UNPRECEDENTED LIFE SETBACKS SUCH AS EMERGENCY TRAVEL HOME, COVID MEDICAL ISSUES, OR OTHER LIFE EVENTS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
