VALLEY HOUSING FUND EXEMPT PURPOSE ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE LOCAL ENTITIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS AND ENSURING THAT MORE HOUSEHOLDS IN GUNNISON COUNTY ARE ENERGY EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION DONATED $45,000 FOR ENERGY UPGRADES TO EXISTING LOW INCOME HOUSING AND $139,000 TO CONTRIBUTE TO 44 DEED RESTRICTED AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS.
