THE WESTERN MONTANA CHAPTER IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDING CLIENTS WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. WE ACT AS A NEUTRAL, OBJECTIVE THIRD PARTY, FOCUSING ON THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CLIENT THROUGH SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF ASSETS AND COMPREHENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS BY BEING A CONSERVATOR, PAYEE, VA FIDUCIARY, TRUSTEE, AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PROBATE WHO ARE UNABLE TO MANAGE THEIR OWN FINANCES/ASSETS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ON BOTH THE PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL FORMS OF ELDER ABUSE. THE ORGANIZATION ACTS AS A COURT ORDERED GUARDIAN FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED ADULTS AS WELL AS PROVIDING CASE MANAGEMENT FOR THEM. IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES THE ORGANIZATION DEDICATES SEVERAL PRO BONO HOURS FOR THE INDIVIDUALS THEY SERVE.
