PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS. OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY HOME AND LIVING SERVICES. STATE PAYMENTS FROM EMPLOYMENT AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES RENDERED ARE RECORDED ON PAGE 1 UNDER CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS.


PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT AND JOB TRAINING IN THRIFT STORES AND A GROCERY STORE. PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF DONATED ITEMS ARE RECORDED AS CONTRIBUTIONS ON THIS TAX RETURN.


THE GYM PROVIDES RECREATIONAL AND INTEGRATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONSUMERS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THE COMMUNITY IS BENEFITTED THROUGH THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE A LOW COST MEMBERSHIP.
