THE PLANS WITHIN THE TRUST PROVIDE HEALTH BENEFITS (MEDICAL, HOSPITAL, SURGICAL, MAJOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL) FOR ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYERS WITH 20 TO 40 HOURS OF SERVICE PER WEEK, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS AS DEFINED WITH THE TRUST.
