THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 120 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS KING JAMES COURT LOCATED IN ORANGE, MASSACHUSETTS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING TO LOW INCOME SENIORS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES GRANTS AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON DECEMBER 27, 2018 IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF LOW INCOME TAX CREDITS UNDER SECTON 42 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF KING JAMES COURT, THE PROPERTY WAS TRANSFERRED TO A RELATED ENTITY.
