RESIDENT SERVICES: IHI COMPLEMENTS ITS HOUSING WITH RESIDENT SERVICES DESIGNED TO HELP RESIDENTS MAINTAIN THEIR HOUSING STABILITY, IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, AND BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY.
