THE JAMES M. "JIM BOB" NORMAN SCHOLARSHIP FUND GRANTS FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS EACH YEAR (LIMITED TO EIGHT SEMESTERS PER SCHOLARSHIP) THROUGH THE TEXAS 4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION AND THE TEXAS FFA FOUNDATION. THESE TWO ORGANIZATIONS CHOOSE THE RECIPIENTS FOR THESE SCHOLARSHIPS.
