SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO THE SMALL BUSINESSES OF ARLINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING REGION TO EXPAND AND REACH THEIR FULL ECONOMIC POTENTIAL THROUGH ACCESS TO CAPITAL, CUSTOMERS AND INFORMATION AND TRAINING.
