PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: PLANS AND COORDINATES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR MEMBERS AND AFFILIATES INCLUDING ANNUAL WORKSHOPS FOR EXECUTIVES, CITY MANAGERS, PERSONNEL AND FINANCE OFFICERS.
MEMBER SERVICES: ASSISTS IN PLANNING MEETINGS FOR 15 REGIONS AND TML BOARD MEETINGS, HANDLES PHONE INQUIRIES FROM MEMBERS SEEKING INFORMATION OR ASSISTANCE, CONDUCTS MEMBERSHIP SATISFACTION SURVEY, AND PROVIDES OTHER MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER SERVICES.
LEGISLATIVE SERVICES: COORDINATES LEGISLATIVE POLICES DETERMINED BY MEMBERSHIP, MONITORS LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY ACTIVITIES AFFECTING CITIES, PROVIDES FREQUENT NEWSLETTERS UPDATING MEMBERS OF SUCH ACTIVITIES.
